We buy mackerel in the summer season, which is fished just outside our facility at Vestfjorden, so it’s a short distance from the field to production.

Currently, we freeze whole mackerel in various sizes, packed in 20 kg cartons for export.

Mackerel is a pelagic fish with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids and is considered very healthy food.
